This to me at the time was an inspirational quote from David Carson as it allowed me to think differently as to design could be. The project itself was produced during my MA at MMU during the digital futures part of the course, the idea being to use coding to help and produce design. During this period, I was affixed with collages as my main practice involved a form of absurd design. Which eventually evolved into producing an interactive piece which allowed people to write messages which would represent itself as a digital collage on screen.
